A Wellness Studio owner with a passion for helping people; who maintains a philosophy that being in good health and physical shape causes a person to be happier, operate more efficiently, and allows for a greater capability to handle life’s challenges and obstacles. Dedicated to the complete wellness, physiological and psychological development of every client with a proven "real life" approach to getting real results - FAST.

Bodystyle Personal Fitness is a comprehensive wellness facility devoted to family enrichment, developing personalized, level-appropriate, and goal-oriented, wellness and lifestyle enhancing plans of care for clients in the forms of one on one personal training, small group training and wellness consultations.

How fast you lose it depends on how much your deficit is every day.
