2020 I say started off pretty good, but many different life stressors cause me to become somewhat inconsistent. I have maintained my earlier weight loss, but now I am hoping that since I have finally moved everything and gotten settled into a new place that I can get back on track to starting to lose weight again instead of just maintaining.
One of my goals is to have 5-6 workout days a week. Right now I’m pulling 3-4 usually. The beginning of 2020 was a rocky start, but I’m aligning better now. Just want to do more!
