Service Description

The Brazilian butt lift workout is designed to strengthen all the muscles of your backside in a single sweat sesh. These butt-focused sessions zero in on the muscles in your glutes, thighs, hips, and back through a variety of bodyweight and weighted moves! The workouts vary: Some focus solely on resistance training, others fuse the body weight exercises with HIIT Plyos to get your heart pumping for a nice toned look.
