 MEET YOUR COACH

 

Run by Master Trainer, Adrian Francois, Weekly Wellness Meet Ups are a friendly, supportive environment, where everyone is working towards the common goal of a healthier mind, body and spirit. You’ll be welcomed by your coach as well as current members. Together we’ll chat about why you’ve joined and what you're hoping to achieve, and set your initial personal goals.

 

MEET THE CREW

 

After checking in, you’ll take a seat and prepare for the session. Your Master Trainer, Adrian will lay out the objectives for the day where we'll cover topics, resources and research from all areas of health and wellness. Fun, inclusive and informative, the discussion gives members the chance to learn, share ideas, celebrate success and help each other find solutions for any challenges.

There’s no pressure to speak up if you don’t want to, the goal is to soak up as much useful information as possible to help you navigate the week ahead.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

 

As we wrap up your first Weekly Wellness Meet Up, you’ll be given an opportunity to ask questions, get more acquainted with your trainer and meet other new members. By the time you leave, you’ll have everything you need to get you on the fast track to consistency. My desire as your trainer is to equip your health and wellness toolbag with as many tools as possible to help you become the best version of yourself possible!

 

Before your next meeting you’ll get a check-in message from your trainer to see how you’re getting on, and you’ll also be able to access daily support via text.

  • All packages are prepaid services. Packages are all non-refundable once you receive any service that's included in the package (such as, but not limited to, consulting (via phone or text), coaching, body fat analysis).

    Sessions that are not rescheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance can be deducted at the trainers discretion.

    All packages have an expiration specific to that package (verify your package's expiriry)

    All payments are due in full before we schedule any sessions.
